Mi Beauty Wax started with two sisters, Ericka and Carmelita, and a shared vision: to create a beauty space where people could feel comfortable being themselves.

From the beginning, it was never just about waxing or hair removal. We wanted to bring high-quality waxing and beauty services to our community while creating a space that feels welcoming, inclusive, and plus-size friendly.

We don’t believe there is one way to look or one standard of beauty to follow. If you want a service because it makes you feel good, more confident, or empowered, we’re here to help.

Over the years, Mi Beauty Wax has grown and evolved, but that vision is still at the heart of the brand. Today, Ericka continues that vision through personalized waxing, skin care, and beauty services for every body.

MEET ERICKA

Hi, I’m Ericka, also known as La Waxcera, and I’m the owner of Mi Beauty Wax.

I got my California cosmetology license in 2013 and quickly found my passion for waxing. Over the years, I noticed there was a real lack of inclusive beauty spaces, especially for plus-size clients and Spanish-speaking communities. I wanted to create something different.

Mi Beauty Wax grew from that idea: a place where more people could have access to high-quality waxing and beauty services and feel comfortable being themselves.

For me, waxing has never been just about removing hair. It’s about feeling comfortable in your skin and empowered in your choices. If you want to wax because it makes you feel good or more confident, I’m here to help.

Today, I offer everything from Brazilian and body waxing to intimate skin care, brightening treatments, and lash lifts. Whatever service brings you through my door, I want you to feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable being you.
