Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour rescheduling notice is recommended if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Should you cancel or no show with less than 24-hours notice you will be charged 30% of the full-service price booked. We understand emergencies happen and these will be considered.

If you're running late

Mi Beauty Wax cannot guarantee to fit you in or perform all services requested if arriving more than 10 minutes. You may not be seen and will need to reschedule your appointment for another day.
